Ouaga Saga is a hodgepodge of stories from Ouagadogou, capital of Burkina Faso. Probably the original script didn't fully pan out, or never existed in the first place, so we get a loose bundle of stories centering around a bunch of street urchins who nick a scooter and consequently rake in an unprecedented amount of cold cash.
Ouaga-Saga is a 2004 comedy film by Burkina Faso-based filmmaker Dani Kouyaté. This film was one of the two to three a year that the Burkina Faso government produces. Its plot revolves around ten children striving to reach their goal in life.

The Ouaga saga. Today, in the midst of parties in air-contitioned hotels, a world away from the choked streets of downtown Ouaga, it would be easy to conclude that these early influences have died away. But contemporary film-makers still have a deep-held conviction that cinema is one of the continent's most potent tools.
In Ouagadougou, the lively capital of Burkina Faso, a little band of youngsters tries to survive and thrive vis-a-vis the thousand and one temptations. Adventures of a band of young people, living in a stripped district of Ouaga, who seek hopes. The town is the one in which cinema plays an important role.
